All order enquiries, delivery issues, or non-receipt complaints must be raised within 30 days from the dispatch date.
No enquiry or complaint will be entertained after 30 days, under any circumstances.
After 30 days, we do not provide proof of delivery (POD) for any order.
Orders marked Delivered by the courier partner will be treated as successfully completed.
Claims without valid courier proof of non-delivery or delay will be rejected.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services after dispatch.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer will void all delivery claims.
Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability are not eligible for enquiry or compensation.
Complaints raised after several months from dispatch will not be considered.
The company’s decision regarding all order enquiries and delivery disputes shall be final and binding.
