LOT 1 - 📦 Orders placed between 25th July to 10th August ➝ Shipping will begin from Gurgaon on 5th September 2026.
LOT 2 - 📦 Orders placed between 11th August to 31st August ➝ Shipping will begin from Gurgaon on 20th September 2026.
LOT 3 - 📦 Orders placed between 1st September to 15th September ➝ Shipping will begin from Gurgaon on 10th October 2026.

🛍️ Uniform Ordering & Sizing Guidelines

  • 📦 Mandatory Uniform Bundle: Uniforms for new admissions are sold strictly as a pre-allocated bundle; individual items cannot be purchased separately.
  • 👕 Try Before You Buy: Although a size chart is provided, we strongly recommend trying on uniform samples—available in the school admin department—to ensure you select the correct fit.
  • 📏 Size Selection: Please place your order carefully by referring to the garment size charts to select the correct size.
  • 📐 Measurement Details: All measurements are provided in inches, with an all-round manufacturing tolerance of ±1 inch.
  • 🚚 Exchanges & Shipping: If an incorrect size is ordered, courier charges for both side return and exchange deliveries must be borne by the customer. (Exchange Timeline - After received the product to our warehouse 2weeks + delivery)

    Important Delivery Guidelines

    Please ensure the following requirements are followed while placing your order:

    1. Delivery Timeline:
    Shipping timelines vary by product. Please check the respective product page for the applicable processing and shipping timeline.

    2. Domestic Shipping:
    Domestic orders are shipped via DTDC Couriers.

    3. Domestic Shipping Charges:
    For domestic orders below ₹500, a shipping charge of ₹100 will apply.

    4. International Shipping:
    International orders are shipped via Aramex, DHL, or UPS.

    5. International Shipping Charges:
    International shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight and will be displayed at checkout.

    6. Customs & Taxes:
    For international shipments, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges are to be borne by the customer. These charges are not included in the order amount and must be paid separately by the customer to receive the shipment.

    7. Non-Payment of Customs Duties:
    If applicable customs duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is not accepted, DHL may mark the shipment as abandoned. Any resulting charges, penalties, or actions imposed by the courier or customs authorities will be the customer's responsibility. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

    8. Size Selection:
    Please check the garment size chart carefully before placing your order.

    9. Exchange Request:
    Exchange requests must be reported within 3 days of order delivery. Any exchange request received after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

    10. Size Exchange – Non-Customized Products:
    If your product was ordered without name customization and you require a size exchange, we’ll be happy to assist. Please courier the item to our address, and we will process the exchange once we receive the product.

    11. Customized Products:
    Customized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

    12. Order Cancellation:
    If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us at support@t10sports.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

    13. Old Orders:
    For any order that is more than 3 months old, we will not be able to provide returns, exchanges, refunds, or proof of delivery (POD). Such orders will not be entertained under any circumstances.
