🚚 Shipping Timeline:
Window 1 : Orders received between May 5th to May 20th will start shipping from June 10th (ex-factory: Gurgaon).
Window 2 : Orders received between May 21st to June 5th will start shipping from June 25th (ex-factory: Gurgaon).
Window 3 : Orders received between June 6 to June 20th will start shipping from July 10th (ex-factory: Gurgaon).
- 📏 Size Selection: Please place your order carefully by referring to the garment size charts to select the correct size.
- 📐 Measurement Details:
All measurements are in inches, with an all-round tolerance of ±1 inch. - Kindly Note – For children whose measurements do not fit standard sizes, we recommend getting their measurements taken by a local tailor. You can then share those measurements with us @ Mr. Vinod- +91 81305 97671.
- Such special cases will be handled through our offline process. With the nominal upcharges 150/- each style.
- 📦 Exchange : In case you require an exchange due to a size issue, we kindly request you to courier the product from your side to our office address. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange process. (2weeks time for Exchange after receive)

📦 Order Enquiry & Delivery Policy
All order enquiries, delivery issues, or non-receipt complaints must be raised within 30 days from the dispatch date.
No enquiry or complaint will be entertained after 30 days, under any circumstances.
After 30 days, we do not provide proof of delivery (POD) for any order.
Orders marked Delivered by the courier partner will be treated as successfully completed.
Claims without valid courier proof of non-delivery or delay will be rejected.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services after dispatch.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer will void all delivery claims.
Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability are not eligible for enquiry or compensation.
Complaints raised after several months from dispatch will not be considered.
The company’s decision regarding all order enquiries and delivery disputes shall be final and binding.
