LOT 7-📦 Orders placed between 1st August – 15th August
➝ Shipping will begin from Gurgaon on 10th September.

LOT 8 -📦 Orders placed between 16th August – 31st August
➝ Shipping will begin from Gurgaon on 30th September

LOT 9 -📦 Orders placed between 1st September – 15th September
➝ Shipping will begin from Gurgaon on 10th October

LOT 10 -📦 Orders placed between 16th September – 30th September
➝ Shipping will begin from Gurgaon on 31st October

📏 Size Selection:

Please ensure you place your order carefully by referring to the provided garment size charts to select the correct size.

🏭 Production Process:

Once all orders are received and finalized, they will be consolidated and processed for bulk production.

⚠️ Important Note:
Size or address cannot be changed after order placement.

📦 Exchange: In case you require an exchange due to a size issue, we kindly request that you courier the product from your side to our office address. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange process. (2 weeks' time for Exchange after receive)

Returns and refunds are not available for this item. However, exchanges are allowed in case of a size issue.

📐 Measurement Details:
All measurements are in inches, with an all-around tolerance of ±1 inch.

Order, Shipping & Return Policy

Important Delivery Guidelines

Please ensure the following requirements are followed while placing your order:

1. Delivery Timeline:
Shipping timelines vary by product. Please check the respective product page for the applicable processing and shipping timeline.

2. Domestic Shipping:
Domestic orders are shipped via DTDC Couriers.

3. Domestic Shipping Charges:
For domestic orders below ₹500, a shipping charge of ₹100 will apply.

4. International Shipping:
International orders are shipped via Aramex, DHL, or UPS.

5. International Shipping Charges:
International shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight and will be displayed at checkout.

6. Customs & Taxes:
For international shipments, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges are to be borne by the customer. These charges are not included in the order amount and must be paid separately by the customer to receive the shipment.

7. Non-Payment of Customs Duties:
If applicable customs duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is not accepted, DHL may mark the shipment as abandoned. Any resulting charges, penalties, or actions imposed by the courier or customs authorities will be the customer's responsibility. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

8. Size Selection:
Please check the garment size chart carefully before placing your order.

9. Exchange Request:
Exchange requests must be reported within 3 days of order delivery. Any exchange request received after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

10. Size Exchange – Non-Customized Products:
If your product was ordered without name customization and you require a size exchange, we’ll be happy to assist. Please courier the item to our address, and we will process the exchange once we receive the product.

11. Customized Products:
Customized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

12. Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us at support@t10sports.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

13. Old Orders:
For any order that is more than 3 months old, we will not be able to provide returns, exchanges, refunds, or proof of delivery (POD). Such orders will not be entertained under any circumstances.
